The MOMENTUM Residency offers a small cohort of committed learners a community to build capacity together through exchanges with community stakeholders and access to a variety of experts in clinical care but also in restorative justice, equity-driven practice, public health, advocacy, policy, and primary care.

We place clinicians in partner schools as full time employees right away and build their competencies and confidence from day one.
Our Support
Residents are paid a market-rate salary of $70,000 annually and receive practical training in a supportive cohort learning environment.
